IS IT LIBERTY

It happened some summers back when I was having a get together or rather "PAY EQUALLY N EAT TOGEDR" with some of my friends...........
We started a discussion on whether all rules imposed on d students at school are ok or not...........

we were some of the idle minds on work as we all had been enjoying our holidays for long now..........

one of my friend said that having short hair for boys...cutting nails.....wearing sober and not stylish uniforms was something that shouldn’t be interfered into by d school......its solely a child's wish d way he wants to live n this for our info was his definition of liberty.................

we were 5 friends sitting there but I would say that it ended up to be a one on one talk between me and him

I on the contrary was of d view that this will lead to anarchy n that every place has got a code of conduct which every person associated with that place z supposed to follow...........

he gave me substantiating points like a person has full right to think n do as he/she likes so long it doesn’t interfere with other people...........

I had d same view but if we think n examine closely, we'll find that every such callous n callow attitude this in some way or d other interfere wd d functioning of the organization.........

though that time I had not many reasons to support I read something in d newspaper that would definitely stand for my point....

acc to ISAIAH BERLIN " LIBERTY IS OF TWO TYPES--POSITIVE N NEGATIVE. A positive liberty z something that ensures all d rights to a person without creating problems for others....................

what my friend talked of was nothing but negative liberty,...........if all are upto themselves y need parents , y need teachers, y need anything ..we can do all ourselves,..........

be wt acc to d place  r in..........

respect other’s liberty n enjoy your own...............

making fun of others may not harm dm but it definitely harms u .......such n a lot I can quote to support...can u still negate me?????????????
