The Abyss

This time I would be coming straight to the point and no prologues. The abyss is an account of the over sensitive souls who empathize with every single person which has ever faced any “big” hardship.
I do not intend to mock you and I have sincere respect for your emotions but there is something about your view point that, to be very honest annoys me.
Seriously folks, how can you be such big time pessimists? When the almighty gave you an open opportunity to get inspired and do well, you actually saw the negative in that.
You may call me heartless but your views from my perspective are mindless.
Every one of us knows about Thomas Edison and we all must be knowing that he was nearly a dumb, unfit for school child who was home schooled. He was in no sense of this world a normal child.
Louis Braille, the blind man, unflinched by his handicap produced what many couldn’t. When others just went by pitying at him, he created a medium for many of his likes to read and be a part of the crowd.
Now, let us come to US, the “normal people”. We see someone in great pain and our reaction is pity. We see someone in even greater pain, our reaction is more pity and some tears and finally, we see someone battling his/her destiny, our reaction; well that goes many steps ahead.
We start blaming our lives, our struggles, our wishes and everything we ever wanted or worked for. We dive into that abyss of sorrow where honestly we needn't be.
If something bad happened to someone, why blame yourself for that when you are not in any way a reason for it.
Why not take it like, this could have happened to you too but it didn’t; which means that you have been sent to this world to accomplish things that others couldn’t; to do good for others and to touch lives as positively as possible.

The people whom you saw and turned gloomy are actually hidden inspiration for you.
Remember Baba Amte, he was moved by the despicable condition of the people and worked for their improvement.
If you are touched by someone’s miseries then don’t just sit and let tears roll down your eyes, because when tears come out, they wash away every single spark that could have ignited your soul.
If you are touched, then touch people’s lives through your works. Do not indulge in mindless display of emotions. Yes! Mindless I say because you never once though that when you were pitying people’s situations, you were unknowingly showing disrespect for their spirit which got them this far.
Respect them for what they are. None in this world deserves to be pitied at.
Admire them for their courage and if you really want to do something, then don’t just sit back; go ahead and work.
You are fortunate enough to be the better off. Make the most of this opportunity and do the best you can for you never know when it won’t be yours.
