Dear Men; THANKEW

The lascivious ogling eyes that can make any women on this planet shudder, I salute you.
The unpleasant irritating gestures that make us women uncomfit, I salute you.
The lewd remarks that are so remarkably passed, I salute you.
The soul shattering blows and pushes we get while walking freely on the road, I salute you.
All these actions that I just saluted defile the very existence of women by shattering her self-respect, then why do I salute them. The answer is simple, they made me immune to them and now I know how to react to them.
Agreed, the instances of crimes against women are increasing by the day but countless are the instances where these are prevented just because the women in question reacted in time.
I know how initially any unwanted glance used to frighten me, but now I have learnt to ignore it or react depending upon the situation.
The crux, dear men is that if we have learnt to ignore, we have simultaneously learnt to react to. We are very sorry but if the need be, we wouldn’t mind kicking you in your “sensitive area” which may even render you infertile forever. We would definitely not mind staring back at you and making you uncomfortable. We even won’t mind slapping you in your face in the market for that one push you gave us and we wouldn’t even reason out.
You say we wear short clothes to excite you, but you never say that if we are fully draped you do not get excited! The problem is with your attitude. You do not see us as human beings, for you we are toys and what type; I need not mention.
But I do thank you for everything you have ever done to us, you already have started paying for your deeds and this is going to keep increasing because now, we know how to handle you.
We know how to kick your ass and believe me, we have started it and we aren’t going to stop.

"She is very beautiful, look how fair she is", came the expert comment. I looked up and saw a girl fair enough but average looking. Might be the jealousy in me changed my views, or maybe I was just being a fair judge. Lets come to the point now, fair or white skinned or "gorapan"; somehow I do not understand the fuss surrounding it. So many fairness creams in the market and the figures show that the sales keep increasing. The dark skinned ones want to be fair, the fair ones want to be even more fair. Importance of Being “A-theist”

S unday, usually is the day when I prefer spending the whole day reading; the first half reading the news paper and the second half, reading anything I lay my hands upon. Today, I read an article about an atheist who went about defying the customs emphasizing on the futility of the multiple hours people waste  worshiping  and performing rituals. I, have been for a part of my life an atheist, I was very much a devoted  worshipper  before that and presently I hang somewhere in between. I do not deny the existence of God, not because I know of it but because I do not consider it to be a topic to waste my time thinking about. If He is there, He can well be and do His work like I am doing mine. I respect Him because maybe I have been told to do so or maybe because I believe in Him. One thing for sure is that I respect Him.
