MEMOIRS OF BEING

A train journey and the numerous people i get to see..My fellow passengers u can say, a medley of happy and somber faces..happy to be on a journey to success and sad to be away from their people..The expressions are mixed..not knowing how to react at what happens..
Janshatabdi is my personal favourite among all the trains i have ever used to commute..and not that i have much of wanderlust, its just that through the journey of my life I have got to travel alot; and more than that I have observed people, their emotions, their languages and honestly I have till now known just a speck out of this vast unending world....
This world.. something i feel exists even beyond how we mathematically define infinity..don't let the geographical boundaries limit you, the world goes as far as the wildest imagination of a human has ever gone or will ever go. We don't run the world, its our desires, our enthusiasm, our life; that keeps it running..

Don't you think that its really easy for people like me to go astray.. searching and telling truths simply because I have lot to share..
Coming back to the train journey...Ummm so lets begin it from home(am not talking about the hostel or the lonely flat..I hate the journeys starting from there), the night before and NANI and MA are busy preparing for the next day "JOURNEY SPECIAL FOOD".... Me-the foody has already passed the decree on what has to be made and exactly how :P (wait for my later blogs, you'll get an insight into the best of street foods)..Almost every home has one such gastronome.. I prefer something out of routine viz. idli, dhokla, dal ki kachauri and the special aloo puri...all made by Nani :)
{m in train ryt now wd aloo puri in my bag...i guess m hungry.. so a break :P}

UMMMM so where were we..
Yeah back so...so its the day of journey..well actually am not someone who would prefer travelling with loads of things...2 t-shirts, 2 lowers my laptop and mobile...that'l be enough for me...And for all those who love travelling just for the sake..kindly watch UP IN THE AIR..George Clooney has enough to tell on how much to take on a journey..
It had been raining in haridwar for the past 2 days.. Papa had to go so me and Ma had to brave the incessant rains to get to the station..It was no less than a battle for us..I had to get up at 5:00 a.m....beat that with heavy rains and knee deep water at many places that we had to surpass to reach our goal for the day.---THE MIGHTY STATION..
I personally recommend the Govt. that bravery awards be given to people who manage their lives well in such halos without a single complaint( as if somebody would heed to their complains even if they do)..
So raincoats and umbrella and my two bags..I kiss my sleeping sister, bbi to Nani n off we are to station...Adieu Home..
Braving the rains we reach our destination..The usual family stuff...I get to see a Bengali and a Tamilian family.
The Bengali ones had a really sweet daughter who kept laughing at i don't know what but that was a delight i must say...The Tamilians were having their cold day out full on with their sweaters and woolen caps..

The train is late as expected.. No matters me n Ma are going to have our chit chat for a bit long..Its raining still and then this breeze blows...OMG..I love it..the fresh feel..its all so special..I haven't had it in years..

TO BE CONTINUED....
